Privacy Policy — Producer

Last updated: 7 November 2026.

Who uses the app

Producer is a personal tool created and used by one individual (the owner) only for the owner's own Gmail accounts. It is not offered to the public.

What data the app accesses

With the owner's consent the app uses the Gmail API (read, compose and modify permissions) to search and read the owner's messages, create and edit drafts, send messages the owner has explicitly approved, and move messages to Trash on the owner's instruction.

How data is used and stored

All processing happens locally on the owner's computer. Message content is not uploaded to any server operated by the app, is not sold, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising. Authorization tokens are stored locally in a protected folder on the owner's computer.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Producer's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Deleting data and revoking access

Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Deleting the local token files removes all stored authorization data.
